Jan 1st- “The temporary evacuation location (Depot Park) is expected to remain active for the next 3-4 weeks.”

Jan 5th- “Temporary Stay.- It is anticipated that the (Depot Park) Camp will be operational at this location for less than 4 months. The City has no obligation to operate the Camp, and if the City chooses to cease to operate the Camp, then Participant (will) no longer be permitted to Camp at this location.”
