HOPES Team
Homeless Outreach Proactive Engagement and Services
The Serial Inebriate Program (SIP) and Bob Lee Community Partnership of Accountability, Connection and Treatment (PACT) program ended in December 2017 and transitioned, expanding to a new model of service delivery, as the Homeless Outreach, Proactive Engagement and Services (HOPES) Team, and the HOPES Team has assumed service coordination functions previously provided by PACT and SIP. A Bob Lee PACT Specialty Court was formed and remains, continuing as an advisory body within the judicial system which supports HOPES Team services.
